With over twenty five years of experience in the fields of structural engineering and project management, he has spearheaded the smooth execution of projects in domains ranging across a wide spectrum – residential, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure.
In addition to managing building projects, his expertise extends to the design and execution of public infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and dams.

RAMANI HANDE
Chief Architect
With over 20 years of professional experience, she is a member of COA and IIA. She has been instrumental in carving fresh directions within the field of architecture in and around Udupi, as well as in Bangalore. Buildings designed by her have been well-acclaimed for striking the perfect balance between function and form, retaining strong aesthetic principles without compromising on functionality. With a strong passion for institutional design and campus spaces, she has received critical acclaim for several schools and colleges designed by her. With a large bucket list of makeover projects waiting to be ticked off, her passion lies in giving a new dimension to existing spaces.
